Question on Consuegra (Connies)

I use to smoke these years ago in the early to mid 90's and loved them. Then I thought the Quality got real bad (lousy draw, wrappers that fell apart) So I stopped smoking them. I tried a bundle about 5 years ago and found them to still be of poor construction. Anybody smoking these with an opinion on how they are now?

I've recently had some #9s. They were all fine cigars.

I always keep a bundle in the humidor. Very few issues.

Have a ton of #9s and #84s that I bought when the announcement about Villazon being closed came out. They're aging in cedar.

Aged Villazons are generally very good, and Connies are no exception.

Well, they do taste like finely rolled Cubans, so this should be no surprise.
