I am. But, that is for the ones that are already aged and ready to smoke. The coolers are for aging, because I can fill one from a particular year and then forget about it as it ages. I just need to open the lid every month or so to allow the gases to escape. I can also section off and control any kind of beetle infestations as well as guarantee that the interior will stay cool even if the temp in my house spikes a bit.
