I have recently set up a coolerdor and decided to reseason my desktops. I put a container of distilled in and marked the level with a marker. How far should this level drop, and if it doesn't, are my humidors set?

just let it stay in the humi for a couple of days...don't worry so much about the water level...

I wouldn't worry so much about the water level as the relative humidity. Put a hygrometer in there to measure it.

This calls for a very special blend of psychology and extreme violence.

I agree with MetsFan don't worry about water level but humidity by using a hygrometer.

Leave it closed for a few days. Drop a hygrometer in with it. When the RH hits something like 75+ (it should with a bowl of DW if the seal is any good), leave it for 2 - 3 days more. Remove the DW. Let it settle back to ~70% and then fill it up.

The water level means nothing. If you put a bowl of water in a 25 ct. humidor that is already mostgly seasoned, it is significantly different than putting that same bowl in a 500 ct. desktop that has never been seasoned. You aren't set until your RH hits the proper level.

Sounds like it's seasoned and ready to go.

You shouldn't have to "reseason" unless you left the lid open for a long period of time.

I have a bad habit of always restocking and resorting my sticks, so I figured that with the amount of open-time logged, reseasoning wouldn't be a bad idea.

Unless you have it open for literally hours, you will be fine. Humidity isn't going to be drawn out of the body of your humidor in any appreciable amount unless you have it open for a LONG time.

mhotek is right on the money.

Unless you have your humi open for more than a couple of hours, it should not be a problem.

I sometimes have my 100 quart coolidor open for a few hours. The moisture is in the wood of the cigar boxes, which takes some time to leech out. Regardless, my coolidor is pretty much rock steady, and I don't even use beads, just oasis foam with 50/50.

Trust your digital hygrometer. And truth be told, it doesn't matter that much as long as you're in maybe 3 to 5 degrees either side of somewhere around 70%. JMHO.
