Retrohale . Explain.
WTF. Was reading terms and acronyms, but never found retrohale. I inhale, exhale , but never sure if I retrohaled. If this is common knowledge, then explain to me like I was uncommon.

Exhaling smoke out thru the nose.
Recommend a milder smoke first if you never tried this.

I am quickly finding this to be an "industry" buzz word. I have never worried about it, but I have recently tried it my last few smokes. I do not exhale through my nose, but I "smell" the cigar by taking a sniff with my nose while I have smoke in my mouth. I catch more of the cigar's character that way.
Start mild-medium, I agree. I did that the other night with a Cain Daytona and HOLY MOLY.

The wife of one of my college buddies smoked cigarettes for years without inhaling into her lungs.
She took a drag into her mouth then retrohaled through her nose.
