What blues artists do you like to listen to most?
I'm a fan of guitar blues, and I'm a big fan of Stevie Ray Vaughn. Recently I discovered music from Jack Falk Project and Rob Tognoni at MP3.COM that really impressed me a lot. I also like Eric Johnson, Eric Clapton - especially older stuff (Derek and the Dominos), Kenny Wayne Shepard, Joe Satriani, Roy Buchanan, Walter Trout.

Listening to the Brit Blues in the late 60's , early 70's , I finally found the orginal line up of Fleetwood Mac.They started out as a Blues band with Peter Green leading the Pack. Oh Well , Green Manalishi , Tell me all the things you do, were the ones I was familiar with, until I picked up the Black Magic Woman lp from 67-68. Savoy Brown , Champion Jack Dupree, John Mayall , Ten Years After , Freddie King and even Jethro Tull :0 < This was lp > At the moment I'm listening to Scott Holt. KWS and Jonny Lang are in there too. I guess I better stop now , I'm on a roll. :0

I could listen to Willie Dixon all day! Next would be Muddy Waters. Then, probably Lightnin' Hopkins.

Pinetop Perkins is also worthy of a listen.
And I failed to mention the late, great Johnny Clyde Copeland, the Texas Twister... best concert of any kind I ever saw was Johnny Clyde. Highlight being him standing on our table playing and singing...
