Drew Estate Factory Smokes
Scored a deal on a bundle. Online reviews seemed to be favorable. I got a 5 x 56 maduro robusto bundle at a steal of a price. Took delivery this AM,,,so here we go.
Appearance. Dark wrapper, firm throughout, tight seams. Seems well rolled Prelight. Aromas of licorice and pipe tobacco. Prelight draw is not too loose and def getting black licorice. First third. Draw opened up a bit. Lots of smoke. Hints of cedar and orange peel, the candied kind. Halfway. Tapped the ash but it was still on and firm Still getting cedar but a bit of charred wood as well. Fruit is now dried cherry. Last third. Still producing large amt of smoke. This cigar is not too complex, but it was $1.50. Burn is spot on, finish is long, smoke is thick and chewy. Liking it. I will let the others rest a bit. Pretty darn good for a budget smoke. 4.5 out of 5 for me
