Nothing like a Maker's Mark Manhattan (M3)

I'm a big fan of Maker's. If you can get the gold-label stuff (sold overseas only) that is mad good, albiet more expensive.

It's an easy drink - you can have it neat or with some cubes and it goes down smooth - to me at least.

Woodford Reserve is also very nice. I think it's similar in that it is light and drinkable.

I enjoy it occasionally with water and ice. don't really care about hitting all the taste notes with it but i do enjoy it after a long day. the only time i ever have it though is at a bar since it is fairly available at most watering holes.

I had this for the first time on Sunday night. All I tasted was pineapples. It was almost a fruit cocktail...I thought it was good for the 'casual' drinker.
