I agree with Divot, Radio Shack carries nice 120 volt AC computer style "muffin" fans that work great. And you can use one of those cheap plug in timers. I've used both of them in the past and its so much easier than screwing around with DC converters (which usually burn out after a year or two anyhow). like the old adage says " Keep It Simple, Stupid!"
