Great Service from Heartfelt Industries

I ordered Cigar Tools(very easy way to correct a too tightly rolled cigar!) and a Blue Rhino(Beast) lighter from them a week or two ago. The order arrived in a few days and I found the Tools to be effective but the BR had a problem. It was way too hard to move the slide-button for ignition.

I emailed David at HFI and within 24 hours, he answered with "I'll send you a replacement." I emailed him back and thanked him for his "no questions asked" response and asked if he did not want the original BR back. He replied that "that wasn't necessary but if I wished to return it, he would be thankful for a chance to check it out."

My replacement BR arrived today, just three days from his email and it works just fine.

This is certainly a small business you can give your business to with no qualms about being satisfied.

Btw, he did not know I am a member of CW and his quotes are paraphrased by me.
