I always viewed that as an assembly line operation like tamales are. But like I did with tamales I may have to try my hand at it. Coming here to Al has left me cuisine lacking in some areas. We learned tamales while in Tejas but I have seen no Filipino influence anywhere around and I miss lumpia. Plenty of Korean here tho... thanks to the Hyundai plant. J.
