I admit right up front that I bought these on auction mostly because I wanted the cool old fashioned box. I had hopes that a cut filler maduro smoke with nicaraguan and jamaican filler would turn out to at least be a good casual smoke.

All I can say is,

Boy, that's a cool box!

This isn't a royal jamaican. I didn't get a lot of maduro character, didn't recognize either jamaican or nicaraguan character, and found it to be a bland, badly burning cigar.

Of course I'm going to wind up smoking them.

They are not even remotely worth the $2 retail price.
