A cup full of cherries
I tried another new coffee today, the Rwanda FT Duhingekawa Woman's Cooperative from Sweet Maria's. I've been a fan of Rwandan coffees since the excellent Rwanda Masaka came out a few years back. This one is very good: excellent prep, no quakers, very clean and smooth in the cup. What amazed me is the unmistakable cherry flavor that came out as the cup cooled. Very surprising for a washed coffee, really interesting. Y'all may want to give this one a whirl.
