Need Smoking Ideas
Looking for something different to smoke. It can be a main course or side dish.
I've smoked countless whole hogs, butts, stuffed pork tenderloins, ribs, scotch eggs, meatloaves, pork belly, brisket, prime ribs, beef ribs, chickens, turkeys, salmon, jalapeño poppers, green beans, cheese, salsa, tri-tip, cabbage, mac and cheese, stuffed onions, meatballs, drip beans and chili.
