Closest I'll come to an In And Out burger is my own flat top grill station. Bricks covered with aluminum foil make excellent grill presses and there's little clean up.

I bought a marked down spiral sliced ham. Ate a package of ramen noodles for lunch.

I love spiral cut ham especially at $0.99 cents a pound. A rare price these days.

I'm thinking a foot long piece of kielbasa, halved and split between Keto hot dog buns with stone ground mustard and sri racha sauce.
