Not trying to put you off a wineador, but they have never worked well for me. I've used them for cigars and wine over the years. Anything using a Peltier thermo electric cooling unit sucked too much humidity from the storage area when it would run. Old syle Avante mini fridge type wineadors had the same issue, but over the entire back wall of the unit.
Eventually, I gave up on them and did have a couple others used for actual wine/port storage. All failed in a year or so. Most were the Midea brand. Most were 20 to 40 bottle units. I really feel that your goal for stable temp and humidity, without wild swings for even a few minutes a day, will be poorly served by a wineador. Perhaps they've gotten better over the years, but as far as I can see they are still similar to those I remember using in the past. |
