What coffee are you drinking?

What coffees is everyone brewing? I go through a 10-12oz bag in about a week, and get some pretty good coffees in weekly to replenish...

Mostly Mayorga Cubano with a shot of Cafe Bustello. I rarely drink coffee anymore.

From a local roaster (Black Silo) I use their Black Nile Espresso roast for my morning Cappuccino and their Med Roast Morning Glory for brewed drinks (cold brew, pour overs, etc). They use an air-roast system, coffee is smooth, and very flavorful.

I roast my own, currently working through a bag of Kauai (Hawaiian). Excellent stuff.

I roast my own as well. Pretty much stitch to Brazilian dry process beans. They’re so nutty, caramel/chocolate forward. Big fan.

If you can deliver that flavor profile, I'm willing to make a trade. Love to try it. I even have a second coffee pot so it won't waste it on the girls chugging it before school/work.

Let’s do it! Do you have your own grinder?
