Here, try this one: Cigar Trakker
It's old but seems to work fine in any current Windows OS. I use it on & off and find it's pretty handy. |

Unless you are an uber-anal cigar smoker there is nothing better than discovering a gem laying dormant in the far reaches of a disorganized coolerdor.

I made up a cigar tracker in Access when I first started smoking. It worked great for me in the beginning. I'd keep all my bands and keep stats on whatever I smoked. It really helped to remind me what I liked and didn't.
After a while there was no point. When I really got to learn the brands and types I stopped needing the database. Actually with how much I have going in, out, and how many I smoke it'd be a TON of work just to keep up with it now.

I'm with the Chief on this one. Nothing is better than rummaging around in the humi and finding something you thought was gone forever. I still have 2 cigars from the first box I ever bought in 1997.

I used to use the tracker as well, but it got to be more work then what it was worth. It was great if you needed to keep track of large walk in's and such so you knew when to order, but if you're just starting out it's pretty much a waste of time.
Now what I did (or I should say my wife did) was she bought me a Cigar Dossie (sp) that allows you to write in the info of each cigar, band and some tasting notes for you. This way you can find out what you like vs dislike. It's great for if you smoked a cigar a long time ago, and can't remember what it was, or where it came from. Just go back and look at your notes and beging searching for it.
