Hi Guys,

Just heard back from Scott. I'll probably interview him next week when his schedule clears up.

Thanks,

Has the IPCPR Annual Convention settled permanently in Las Vegas?

Saw that today. At least they got the Sands again. Much more room.

I was just wondering if there might be any other smoke-friendly cities with adequate convention facilities. Options are good.

Update - I've been swapping emails back and forth with Scott. They've been wrapping up some work they're doing and asked to push back the interview to next week. I'm due to be down in DC (I live in the NOVA burbs and don't make it downtown too often) for cloud conferences over the next couple weeks so I'm hoping I can do the interview at the IPCPR HQ near Capital Hill.

PCA...

Are pipes and pipe tobacco out now? When they switched to ipcpr I thought it was an attempt to distance themselves from cigarettes, so if they go with Premium Cigar Asssn., doesn't that at least imply that pipes will not be represented?

I was thinking about this, as well this week.

Finally meeting Friday

Hi Everyone,

After a summer of phone and email tag I'm sitting down with Scott this Friday (9/20/19). Any specific questions?

Don
