On ly in Pennsylvania..................

The state legislature snuck a bill in at the end of business yesterday banning SMOKING while driving a motor vehicle. Of course, Fast Eddie, AKA-Govenor Ed Rendell passed it. Fines of up to $500.00 bucks if you are caught I thought they were finally going to outlaw cell phones or some other carp that really intefers with a persons ability to drive. Out tax dollars at work.

April fools is what I thought at first too. But our lovely legislation here in PA have done dumber things in the past.

If it's not an April fools joke, where did you see this?

I sure hope it is an April Fools joke... If my probationers can't smoke their blunts while driving, when are they suppose to smoke a big fatty

You gotta catch me first smokey

Maybe fast-Eddie ought to look into fining gov. officials who are clocked at excess of 100 mph almost 10 times in a few months

If it were California or Florida, I think it would be a little more true.
