Haven't been to their site or purchased from them in a long time. I never had any issues with them. It just got to where I was finding much better deals elsewhere on the cigars that I was looking for at the time. That and a lot of the good boutique cigars that were coming out they never seemed to carry. That and the fact that it was apparent that a lot of things definitely changed after Lew left!
After reading through this thread, I'll have to check out the re-vamped site and look around a bit.
