Doesn't appear to have been a vote in either house. In fact, I can only find that a public hearing was scheduled for the House bill.

By the way, no direct impact to cigars, however, a seemingly unrelated bill, SB-5626 will slap another $1 per pack tax on cigarettes -- probably right about the same time that internet and catalog sales are banned. Any bets on how long before this nanny state bans smoking altogether? Someday they're going to realize that they can't have it both ways: Make it as painful, costly and difficult to smoke as possible, but then expect the smokers to bear a huge portion of the tax burden. Something's going to give.
