Stupid anti-smoking bills

The same author of the smoking ban in Michigan, Tupac Hunter, has another stupid bill in the works. Michigan Senate HR1620 & HR1621 will require cigarettes to be "fire proof" so people will stop burning their houses down. I guess this is accomplished by added a chemical that will slow down the burning process? Another chemical in cigarettes?

Yeah, this makes sense. How about the people just learn to be responsible instead?
