Boutique cigars

Just as with beer, there are now so many new and exotic cigars out there that I gave up trying to stay on top of them. I used to be able to stay mostly on top of it but it is impossible now. Just so many! My last two purchases were of a total of about 35 boutique sticks, a bunch from my local and the rest from 8th Street and Ybor City when I visited Florida in September. I don't even go into cigar stores now because I get overwhelmed and spend WAY too much money. But I have enough right now. I will be smoking them and will review each and every one of them. I'm just waiting on a warm spell.

You are in for a lot of treats it sounds like to me. Lots of stuff I got in Vegas that I had not heard of or at least tried turned out some excellent sticks. Hopefully the ftFDA will get leashed so the boutique brands can survive.

And yes if the FDA can be leashed, I also hope I don't lose my Medicaid to Trump.

I've also given up trying to keep up with the new cigars. It seems a new stick comes out every week or so. Half the cigars they review here on the cover I've never heard of. I also when traveling like to going into the different B&Ms looking for new cigars to try. I have been impressed with most of the cigar I have tried.

Yes I do that too, it is quite fun, but considering the sheer amount of new cigars out there it can be dangerous to my wallet! And I agree, most of these new boutique cigars are very good. So I just bought about 35 singles, none that I ever heard of (including 8th Street and Ybor shop rolled) and I expect mostly good to great to awesome from them, considering my track record with the few that I had tried before. I've got a veritable boutique cigar store in my 'dors right now, too bad it's been so cold.
