Maintaining humidity at 65%

Does anyone have any tried and true formulas for the PG to H2O ratio to keep the humidity level at 65% (Starting AND maintaining...) I've got a new humidor on the way that I need to start out right and a previous one that I need to lower from 70%. It's the maintaining that seems like the tricky part to me...is it, or am I just not seeing the forest for the trees??
