Are you serious? Thunders could at least play his guitar. Sid was so bad that they would unplug him during shows.

Sid was all icon, no talent. Thunders was a musician.

I saw Johnny Thunders in 1981. He was touring as 'Johnny Thunders'. He barely played his guitar. As a matter of fact, he was so stoned he had to borrow a guitar from the local warm up act. And then he barely played it at all.

He sucked as a New York Doll and as a solo act. May his soul rest in peace.
