I had a grilled cheese with turkey breast. Quick, loaded with protein and not many carbs. So far, I've had about 7g carbs today. I can have my keto ice cream sandwich (3g) after whatever I figure out for dinner. Everyone else is having lasagna and garlic bread. I may end up having my usual breakfast skillet (4 eggs, home cured lox, cheese on top with sri racha...about 4 carbs with a slice of toast to sop up the yolks).

Went to a new place. Culvers in Bullhead City, AZ. Had their patty melt, and fries. Nothing special, still enjoyed it. The custard ice cream, now we are talking next level. I had the chocolate. If there's a Culvers near you, go for the frozen custard. Worth your time.

We had one that opened a few months ago. Katie tried it and wasn't impressed. I'd like to try it, no not on the diet. No more than a bite. Every time I drive past it, the drive thru is slammed. Another similar chain, Freddie's is closer. Katie's friend says it was a higher priced Culver's. I think Culver's started in St. Louis, but I could be very wrong. Remember Alton Brown on his Mississippi river tour stopping and trying it.

Had a leftover rotisserie chicken. Stripped it and made chicken salad.

Made pork pozole for lunch. Added chopped cabbage, oregano, and crushed red pepper flakes for some added heat. Love this Mexican soup.
