Friendly reminder to those who have coolerdors or tupperdors
Take the lids off at least once a week (for about 30 minutes) to circulate the air.
Also, unplug the water trap on your coolers, helps regualte the humidity. |

I don't do either of those and have had no troubles.
Of course, I open the coolers almost every day to get something out to smoke. Don't you guys worry about mice and/or bugs getting in through the drain plug?

When you have as many coolers/tupper as I do, it is not possible to open them everday to take ciagrs out. |

How well do cigars breath when in a vendor's warehouse for months on end in a sealed box? Yet they smoke pretty good when unwrapped.

I had five coolers of cigars sit in the rubble of my hurricane ravaged house in 90+ temperatures for five weeks before I was allowed back to rescue them. They were none the worse for wear. No beetles either.

Wow hermit! You are very lucky in that regard. I've heard of many people losing a lot of cigars that sat in the heat after the storm.
