I know it's early but we need some #'s........PLEASE
ok folks, yes it's only late July but we are asking for some #'s. The CW Anniv Herf will be held January 14,2006 in Reno Nevada. Our site hosts and caterers are asking us for prelim numbers. So, if you are planning to attend we would like to know ASAP. In doing this your name will be registered(providing you ACTUALLY SHOW FOR THE EVENT), for a SPECIAL DRAWING.
The Board and the Anniv Herf Comm. thank you in advance for your notice. By the way, the more attendees staying at the hotel(s),means cheaper rates. Herf Week Activities will begin on WENDSDAY of HERF WEEK............. Possible Itinerary....................... Thursday Night Tastings(Cigars and Spirits) at Local Cigar Shop Friday Night....Brotherhood Dinner Saturday Night.........Anniv Herf Dinner Saturday Night.........Texas Holdem Tourney(at the Herf) Sunday Brunch.........Local Rest.......oh yeah they have a Bloody Mary Bar Monday...........MLK Day....some of us flying home............ |
