There actually is a Mustard Museum in Wisconsin. Somewhere around Madison in one of those little towns that has about 3 small breweries.

If memory serves there are a couple of cheese shops too.

I'm actually not that big a mustard fan. I keep some yellow for hot dogs and a djon for the odd time I have ham.
