Automobile Humidor

Some friends and myself have been dreaming up a humidor for the car that has temperature and humidity control? The humidity part is relatively easy, the temperature control needs to work when the car is off...

Any ideas, ice pack makes it too cold when you begin and adds humidity, something battery powered that can lower or raise the temperature, even better something rechargeable by plugging into the lighter.

Any ideas, I looked online, alot and could not find one being sold.
