I once ordered a fancy new Xicar and ended up trading it to Toje, I think, because I just didn't like the way it seemed to turn in my hand and make a slanted cut. Never felt as good as my Zino.
Than after I let it go, somebody showed me the BEST way to use this thing, and it really is. Lay the cutter flat on a table. Put the head of the cigar into the cutting hole until it touches the table surface, too. Without taking the cutter off the table, take your fingers and thumb and squeeze the blades together. Bingo: perfectly straight cut, with perfect depth, every time. Oh, Toje. . . . . .
