First time cooking cashew chicken in the wok tonight. I subbed green pepper for the red...added celery...added onion...and some bacon grease for good measure 🙂. I’m impressed. Family is amazed...

Leftovers. Took Katie to the SCAD (art school) open house and sore and exhausted. That place is an artists paradise. Hot pad and Beam for me.

I'm afraid tomorrow is going to be take out. As sore as my back is right now, I don't have much hope for cooking tomorrow. Hell, I will be lucky to make it to the bathroom and back to the sofa.

Down and dirty dinner tonight. Fried up some british bacon and made bacon sandwiches with british mustard.

Last night was InstaPot Beef Stroganoff. Its a great way to use up those not-so-great roasts you get when you buy a whole side of beef. Arm Roasts in particular, I butcher 2 down to get a good amount of "stew meat" and the pressure cooker turns them into butter.

Swai fish with northwood seasoning and small potatoes all done in a air fryer delicious.
