How to keep things cool in the summer?

I live in Arizona and in the summer it costs a fortune just to keep my place at a constant 80 degrees, which as I understand it is to hot anyways for cigars. What are my options for keeping my smokes at or below 70 degrees? I have 2 desktop humidors and am wondering if there is something I can simply put them in that will keep them cool while not adding a lot if any extra humidity. Any ideas?
