What is the 'balanced' or 'natural' RH of cigars?

Just thinking out loud. . .

If you place some 65% beads in a sealed container with some water, the beads will 'strive' to create a 65% RH environment.

If you place some salt in a sealed container with some water, the salt will 'strive' to create a 75% RH environment.

It occurs to me that cigars (tobacco leaves) would or should exhibit a 'natural state' . If one were to take a dry, brittle tobacco leaf and place it in a sealed container with some water, the leaf should 'strive' to create a XX% RH environment by absorbing humidity up to a certain point where it become saturated. . .

What are cigars 'natural state of relative humidty'?
