I called a couple of days ago and left a message, but I think they are closed from Christmas until next Monday. I plan on getting a couple of trays for my 5000 Caddy. The flimsy foam trays that came with it are good for protecting your smokes, but they are terrible if you want to rummage through and get to the bottom layers.
I think I'll keep the bottom tray and replace the two layers above it.
