Going to salt test my new digital hyrometer today - UPDATE

How long do I need to let it calibrate for?

Is it true that it should read exactly 75% when it is done?

Thanks

Update - I have had it in a glass jar with a rubber ring for 48 hours and it is reading 64 degrees (which is wrong) and 70% (which seems wrong).

Do you think I have a dud or is that much variance to be expected? BTW, I bought the hygrometer from Tampa Humidor.

Cheers
