What's Your Go-To Hot Sauce
For me it's more a flavor thing that a scorch your mouth endeavor. Mine for decades and up until recently was Tabasco I like the flavor. But in the last few months I've really enjoyed the flavor of Tapatio. I use Texas Pete exclusively in my Low Country Boils though.

Rooster brand Sri Racha. A near perfect balance of heat and vinegar that compliments whatever you put it on. I like a variety of hot sauces, but sri racha (brand is important) is the most versatile hot sauce I've found in 30 years. Truthfully, I add it to probably half of the dishes that I prepare. Always at the table. Not everyone in the family shares my enthusiasm.

I like the Rooster Brand as well. I should branch out and use it on more dishes.

I prefer a vinegary hot sauce in etouffee and gumbo. Rooster is da bomb otherwise. Funny you mention t shirts. Katie and I both have a couple of the shirts.

I’m with BigO, my go to sauce is Sriracha by Rooster. Nice balance hot sauce. I also have Tabasco, Red Hot, and El Yucateca XXX in the pantry. I like variety.
