Best "Cheap" Cigars?

I try to catch sales on more expensive smokes when I can. Otherwise, the Ave Marias would be my once-a-year deal. But if you watch CI daily, kind of like I do to post the Daily Deals Thread, I find Ave Maria every four to six weeks or so.

Keith, Stogie5150, has introduced me to many less expensive things.
