Learnig about converting fridges/furniture into humidors

I am not new to cigars by any means, but have never got into the topic of humidification and conversion as serious as some of the posts I've just read today. How and where can you learn how to convert these appliances and major pieces into humidors. I am not much of a handyman or mechanically inclined but I don't think I want that to stop me either.

It all started when my wife and I went to an Estate Gragage sale and I found this upright (on wheels) cabinet with glass/plexiglass front with several mini shelves and I looked at this thing and thought "If I could get this airtight, and place a cigar oasis in it...this would make a killer humidor for me"....here's the better part, the guy wanted it out of his house = I got it for $1. No kidding

Thanks in advance for any and alll advice
