Western Caliber II Customer Service
Just wanted to share with everyone that I had a 2 month old Western Caliber II hygrometer crap out on me...part of the digital display disappeared.
I sent it back last Tuesday with a letter explaining that it was less than 2 months old and had never been mistreated. Guess what was sitting in my mailbox today? Yep, a brand new hygrometer in less than 1 week. Excellent customer service!  David
