Made another cheesecake for the family Christmas eve. Added homemade salted caramel sauce to drizzle on top.

'Who made the cheesecake?'
'Um, I did. In a Instantpot no less.'
'No, really, who made this cheesecake? It's sooooo good.'

Got one for Christmas. Have used it for cabbage, which turned out ok, just a bland recipe. But it was tender.

We will start doing more with ours. Wonder how it will do with venison?

We've been using ours quite a bit. Tonight we're having beef stew. We've noticed that we have to add more salt/pepper/seasonings for dishes.

I have made various beans with excellent results. Cheesecake came out great. White rice is quick and easy. Beef stew came out really good. So far, very happy cooking with the instapot.
