CBC Indian Malabar Gold
I know this has been around, but when I made an order a month back,
I added a lb of this to try. It was certainly a gold bean. I try to roast it into the 2nd crack, but it most take longer than other beans I have roasted in the past. So I got the beans to a light brown color. Anyway, it was a good cup of coffee. Even my wife commented this am, that this was the best cup of coffee, she has had lately. Funny thing, she likes the beans really dark.
