I just purchased a bottle from my wine steward buddy. It's a blend of ports, most aged over 10 years, and given a 94 supposedly by WS. A little on the fruity side, and so dense that you can't see through it when you hold it up to the light.
The reason I am mentioning it is it's only $10 a bottle, which blew me away it was so cheap for the flavor. I know this reads like a commercial, but it's not. My daily drinks are the Royal Oporto 20 yr Calheita and 1977. It's a nice inexpensive fruity change when you want one is all!
