i'm still trying to find the exact perfect match for a Guiness. The closest I think I've come to perfection is a ERDM Robusto Larga.
But I'm certainly willing to keep experimenting. |

The perfect match for a Guiness, IMHO, is a punch/hoyo mm roth.
The Cohiba Siglo 1 goes quite nicely with a Fat Tire Amber Ale. The Bolivar Corona Junior and Petite Corona are well-matched with a Shiner Bock. Dundee's Honey Lager is the perfect complement to a Hoyo Short Corona as well as a Bolivar Royal Corona. And, finally, a Bud light is perfect with a Phillies Blunt. I had a Guiness with a CAO Extreme Belicoso for the Super Bowl...outstanding combination. I like just about any maduro with a Guiness.

Guinness with just about any heavy maduro smoke.
Ales/lagers need something more like a José Martí nic smoke.
