My antiem arived today... I just opened it up and noticed white mold allll over the trays and parts of the interior. Enough so that I'd imagine the mold's been growing on it for quit some time, and the product wasn't inspected before shipping...

I've emailed the vendor from which I purchased it but I'm curious as to what some of you have to say.

UPDATE:
I just checked my mail and noticed that the service dept. has responded to my email. In the vendor's defense, they're putting forth an admirable effort to eliviate this situation. I'll keep everyone posted.
