I received as a gift, a bottle of this brandy. Is this good stuff? I'm not much of a hard liquor drinker, but occationally like a bit of bourbon or cognac. I haven't opened it yet. Anyone ever try this stuff?

Sorry for the delayed reply.
I was off on a Cuban beach.

I like the Fundador. It goes very well with a good cigar, as do most Spanich brandies.

The Fundador has a very 'Sherry-like" flavour, with almonds and light brown sugar notes.

Try it with a smoke that is not too strong, or it gets overpowered.
