Yeah I never thought of grilling a PBJ either. It is a throw together sammie for me. That one and PBB (Banana) are quickies to take the edge off and go back to work.
So far as Ham and Cheese goes, I use what I have available but generally the ingredients in inventory are higher end. We like the real stuff. Best, J.
