 Mmmmm Mead Nectar of the gods. I still have a 375ml bottle of mead in the wine cellar that I made back in 1998. 14 lbs of wildflower honey and 4 lbs of buckwheat honey for a 4 ½ gallon batch. It is up over 15% alcohol by wt. Heavy, dark, and sweeeeet.
