On the back of every bag of Killer Beans I've got a label which states:
To prevent your beans from drying out, follow this simple storage advise! There are three things that coffee beans hate: 1. Sunlight 2. Oxygen 3. Cold Store your Killer Beans™ in and airtight container and put it in the kitchen cabinet way from sunlight. Never store your coffee in the refrigerator as that will dry them out for sure...remember, fresh is best!
