I don't know yet. All I can say for certain it's going to have shrimp in it. Shrimp has been quite inexpensive this year and I've overbought it. Probably a stir-fry or an etouffe.

Meal prepping for the next few days. Made pozole and a slow cooker chuck roast, roasted finger Yukon red and gold potatoes, carrots, and onions. Got some nice baguettes to serve with dinner. Pozole will be tomorrow’s breakfast. I like to add cabbage and avocado chunks to my bowl of pozole. I also like to add red pepper flakes to add some heat.

It's a bit different night. Pork chops with essentially a butter, olive oil, garlic and fresh rosemary. Garlic herb oven potatoes.. I had a couple of pounds of asparagus and a whole bunch of dried exotic mushrooms I had forgotten about in the spice cabinets. A little of the garlic brown sauce leftover from last night's stir fry. Used up a bunch of stuff and threw a garlic themed dinner.

Ritz chicken, redskin mashed potatoes and corn. Ritz chicken is chicken tenders coated with crumbled up Ritz crackers and butter then baked.

Brisket burgers and crinkle cut fries. In lieu of the bun and fries, I am having a large salad. 2 burger patties, too.

Picked up a thin n crispy pepperoni, sausage, and jalapeño pizza from Pizza Hut. Dodger game and pizza dinner.
